At Zortex Orthotics, our choice for seizure protective caps is the Talee Protective Orthosis.

Talee Protect is a custom-made 3D printed orthosis, suitable for both adults and children. It has a flexible and shock absorbing design, equipped with a safety strap and inner foam padding to offer exceptional protection and breathability. Our seizure cap is commonly used for protection against falls, for example in cases of epilepsy.

The orthosis’s design was developed based on drop tests, mechanical material tests and computational analysis to ensure appropriate safety and fall protection.
